How long does it take to make my order? We process and print orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

How long will shipping take? Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after we ship. International orders typically take 7–20 business days. Delivery times can vary during holidays or busy periods.

What if my address was entered incorrectly? Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the destination.

What is your return policy? If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Custom-printed items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I start a return or exchange? Email us at orders@shitstirco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Do your shirts run true to size? Most of our apparel runs true to size. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page and comparing it to a similar item you already own.

How do I care for my items? Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design for best results.

Can I cancel or change my order? We start production quickly, so we can only make changes if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order. Once an item is in production, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.
